ZINC PHOSPHATIZING & ELECTROFORETIC LACQUER COATING

Zinc phosphate coating and Electrophoretic lacquer coating processes are carried out.

Cr + 3 Zinc coating, Black oxide coating, Galvanized coating, nickel coating, Electrostatic powder paint, cataphoresis paint processes are carried out.

ZINC PHOSPHATIZING

Phosphating process is surface treatment and preparation.

Metal surfaces free from oil, rust, grease, oxide layers are the creation of a layer of phosphate insoluble on the surfaces with a metal phosphate solution. This process can be phosphated on metal surfaces of aluminum, zinc, cadmium and magnesium, as used especially on steel surfaces.

In the protection of metals from corrosion with paint and polymer coatings, in cold forming processes such as hand drawing, tube drawing, deep drawing, protection of metals from corrosion with protective oil and waxes , corrosion protection process is used without finishing.

Phosphate coating unit in steel wires and products is a system with 8 boilers and automation.



ELECTROFORETIC LACQUER COATING

Electrophoretic Lacquer coating is an organic coating method that enables surface treatment by current electricity. This coating contains polymeric resin, paint, solvents and diluents. Resin is (usually 10-20%) the important of this coating. It provides corrosion protection. Solvents provide a smooth film appearance and apply.
